Tank Monitoring & Keep Full Services

As a convenience to it’s customers, SSI installs tank monitors on fuel, lubricant, and DEF tanks and monitors their inventory levels.  To maximize delivery volume and thereby reduce customer costs, we determine safe operating levels and consumption patterns which we use to ensure our customers have product available when the need it, every time.

Oil Analysis

SSI Petroleum offers used oil analysis to help ensure your equipment spends more time in operation, and less time in the shop. Through a certified third-party lab, used oil analysis can be performed to test for a variety of elements, such as wear metals, contaminants, additive levels, fuel dilution, glycol intrusion, TBN and more. SSI also has the ability to test you oil tanks for free standing water on site. Used oil analysis can be a valuable tool in formulating the right maintenance program that best suit you and your fleet, and is available with all brands sold by SSI.

Fuel Quality Management

Today’s high-performance motors are increasingly sensitive to impurities and particulate in fuel.  Doing so can result in expensive repairs and costly downtime.  So, now more than ever, making sure you’re putting the cleanest fuel possible into your tanks is becoming increasingly important as engine tolerances become more stringent.

SSI provides customers with various services to facilitate coordination, management, and resolution of issues customers may have in their systems.  Whether a customer requires fuel polishing, tank cleaning, or system upgrades, SSI can facilitate their needs.
